Honestly, the best thing is to just rest, stay hydrated, and let your body heal, pati sa baby if siya ang positive, mas importante lang ang comfort and monitoring. A few of us went through this, and what helped was making sure hydrated kami, taking vitamin C, at staying home para hindi mag-spread, pero seryoso talaga kailangan mo i-check with your pedia or doctor kung kailan kayo dapat mag-retest because timing lang talaga ang makakahelp dyan, not really kailangan ng special treatment to turn negative faster.
