Diaper yeast infection
Suspect baby having diaper yeast infection because having white spots and redness and diaper cream cannot resolve for many days...mommies can recommend anti fungal cream? Given by KK or private so I can go and buy over the counter

Ohh, poor little one, yeast rash can be quite stubborn, so you are right to look into antifungal cream specifically. From what I understand, clotrimazole is the active ingredient most doctors tend to recommend for this, and it is available over the counter at most pharmacies like Guardian or Watsons without needing a prescription. Someone in my mum group mentioned their KK doctor advised applying a thin layer of clotrimazole cream first, then sealing it with a barrier ointment like Vaseline or zinc cream on top, and that combination helped clear it up within a few days. Do also try to give baby some nappy-free time each day to let the skin breathe, as that really does help speed up recovery. That said, since the rash has already persisted for a few days with white spots involved, it would be best to get a doctor to confirm before you start any treatment, just to be safe, sayang.
