Hay naku, I feel you, sinusitis during pregnancy is really tough kasi limited lang ang options natin! One of my mum friends had the same thing around that stage, and honestly she had to see her OB kasi the pain was unbearable din, and the doctor gave her safe options like steam inhalation with eucalyptus (which she swears helped way more) and prescribed safe meds na okay habang pregnant. Please do check with your doctor din, babe, 22 weeks is still early enough na maraming safe treatments available, and hindi ka dapat mag-suffer like this, especially if paracetamol alone isn't cutting it.
