Mama, this is really important, please talk to your doctor or OB first before taking ANY pills, kahit parang safe lang. They know your medical history at what you're breastfeeding, kaya sila lang ang makakasabi ng tama. Alam ko stressful ang first time mom phase, at maraming amin dito sa community na nag-consult din before umiinom ng kahit ano, super worth it para sa peace of mind mo at sa baby. Don't hesitate to call your OB or even go to a clinic if you need quick advice! You're doing great na nag-iingat.
