I am drinking lots of warm water. Sometimes I can get stress too…. That could affect the milk supply. My baby is 1 month old, my supply on each pump session is 140ml. But I am still recovering hence I’m not sure if pumping 2-3hrs will help , don’t wish to be stress cos it will affect the decrease I believe. Drink more water/soups and nurse/pump frequently. If you feel that your milk is too thick, try taking sunflower lecithin. Most importantly, don’t stress (absolute milk killer!). Not enough, then supplement with FM (mix feeding) while you build up your supply. 😊
