Sorethroat and flu

Hi! Can any of you suggest me the homemade medicine for sorethroat and flu? I’m at 14 weeks ?Thanks!

drink atleast 2litres of warm water.for sorethroat, try gargle with listerine for 1min. and try not to speak because the more u speak the more irritate ur throat becomes. some say madu and limau kasturi also works but i google,madu is not really recommended for pregnancy.

i took strepsils when i was 2weeks pregnant but i heard some article says that it contains antibiotic.not sure true or not la.😅
