UTI or weird discharge

Suddenly this few days, I feel it is very itchy down there.. and there is an increase in discharge. Previously was just white creamy now yellow. Is there something wrong... should I go see GP or my gynae? I am at aout 18 weeks now... Anybody got similar experience...
