Elective csec subsidised patient

Any one of you is subsidised patient of nuh?? Today my appt, the gynae told me for subsidised patient, if i choose elective csec , it needs the dr approval and is not within my choice. I was quite pissed because if this is true, then they should have told me since my first appt and not now. As such, i would like to enquire is this gynae speaking factually or not? And if it is, i would like to ask any other hospital that is subsidised and the dr will not be so pro natural. Its irritating enough that i am scared of contraction pain and what not as a first time mum also the kind that will cry just becox of injection but people like them jus keep saying natural ok de la no pain. Dun worries... Everyone phobia is different i hope they can respect my phobia. Is very irritating and i feel that i am talking to walls. Also appreciate if anyone could share switching to pte from now (week 23) to delivery and warded, how much would it be? As a cheapest maybe associate consultant and also b ward. As compared to subsidised only.
