Honestly tak sure pasal exact policy HKL sekarang sebab kena tanya direct dengan ward, but dari what I hear dari a few of us, biasanya suami boleh teman during labor tapi depends on the situation and availability of space lah. Best call the labor ward directly or tanya during your antenatal appointment, sebab kadang ada restriction depending on how busy they are that day. Fingers crossed boleh!
