Ay nako, first of all, condolences sa'yo. Alam ko how hard this is. From what a few of us have talked about, it really depends kung paano nag-deliver, if it was vaginal, most doctors say you can try again after 3 to 6 months, pero if you had a c-section, mas matagal, around a year or more para mabuo ng maayos ang scar. Some mums I know got pregnant after 3 to 4 cycles, pero may iba ring tumagal ng halos isang taon before it happened again, at that's normal din naman. The important thing talaga is to let your body heal and give yourself time emotionally too, hindi lang physical recovery, kailangan mo rin ng mental space. Best really to check with your OB or specialist about when you're ready to try, kasi every situation is different, lalo na kung may complications or if you need more time emotionally. Marami akong kilalang moms na nag-succeed after, so there's hope, just take it one step at a time.
