Its ok as long as you keep it hygienic. Especially when were pregnant, we have oozing discharges plus the wee incontinence due to increasing pressure in our bladder. HYGIENE is just the key. I use it everyday. I just make sure I change twice - morning and afternoon - with washing with water. But not in the evening. :)
