In the meantime, maraming moms swear by eating small frequent meals, staying hydrated, at ayusin ang iyong sleeping position, pero I know it's not a magic fix, and some days it's just survival mode na lang. Hoping you feel better soon, and don't hesitate to call your doctor if it gets worse or you can't keep anything down.
