bago mag maternity leave, nakuha ko na ang maternity benefit (cheque) dahil inaadvance ito ng company. then, si company na ang magca-claim ng reimbursement from sss para hindi tumagal ang paghihintay sa mat ben ng pregnant employee. kindly discuss with HR.
