Spotting vs period

Hi! Spotting is usually light, watery, and pinkish or brownish kaya mabilis lang maubos ang pad, while a real period is heavier, darker red, and tumatagal ng 3-7 days with cramps usually. Are you pregnant or worried about something specific kasi the difference can matter a lot depending on your situation? I'd really suggest checking with your OB agad, especially if this is unusual for you or if may other symptoms, kasi better safe than sorry talaga with these things!
