Mama, that's actually normal pre-pregnancy stuff, your boobs are just preparing na, kaya minsan malalaki at matigas talaga! A few of us moms got this too before delivery, at honestly yung warm compress (or even mainit na shower) really does help soften them. Since you're still preggy, magpakonsulta lang sa OB mo to make sure it's just normal engorgement and hindi may ibang concerns, pero most likely fine lang yan, just keep doing the warm compress and wear comfy, loose bras para hindi ma-pressure. You're doing great, first-time mom!
