My son is 2 yr 10 months old & he is not properly talking. He speaks only single words. Can you suggest me what should I do?

I also have a son turning 3 this coming April.. and just like yours he's also delayed in speaking,but I just let him be, I think he is into playing more, just make more time and talk to him.. patience.. more patience..hihi
