My son is 2 yr 10 months old & he is not properly talking. He speaks only single words. Can you suggest me what should I do?

my son just turned 2 on 17th Apr. He only knows how to call papa,mama like a month ago and less than 20 single words. as long as they understand and can speak one or two words, i guess is fine. just have to continue trying and talk to them.
