My son is 2 yr 10 months old & he is not properly talking. He speaks only single words. Can you suggest me what should I do?

Is there multiple languages spoken in his environment. Like mom a language, father another language. Or neighbors. Because children exposed to multiple languages take time to absorb all and speak.
