Can somebody help me please. New to this app. First time mommy and I'm struggling on how to cure my baby's rashes. HELP! Update: all good na po. Thanks to all mom's who recommended drapolene. I tried it and it worked

Drapolene cream and dont use wipes. Clean lukewarm water and cotton gamitin mo tapos punasan ng dry cloth bago lagyan ng drapolene cream.
