Cold remedies

Some of you may think I'm over reacting but It's my first child and I think he has a cold , he has difficulty in breathing and always irritated , hirap din dumede , panay iyak , and yung sipon nya is clear, do I have to take him to pedia right away ? or is there something i can do to make him feel better ? ☹️ Idk how he get it though but we use aircon. tas sa bote sya dumedede his water was inside the room as well so nalalamigan ung tubig will that be a reason ? or baka dhil pawisin sya ? I'm just scared na lumala pa . TIA He is just 1 month old btw ☹️
