Hi I think one should avoid medicated creames as much as possible on the baby skin unless they are really required. If it's allergy, dry skin or a rash that you are looking to treat then better try coconut oil. You can use Vaseline too. It is antiseptic and a pinch of it can do wonders in relieving minor skin infections. Else if there is something that requires hun to apply soframycin then yes.. You can put it for external skin problem.

Hey Ruhi, soframycin is not safe even for an adult to use, unless necessary. Kids have very sensitive skin. Only after consulting a doctor or pediatrician, do use this.
