Baka you need stretching at proper sitting posture po, then dalasan po pag inom ng tubig, as much as possible wag po laging naka upo or nakatayo for too long. Iwasan po magbuhat ng heavy things.
Oh okay.. Always po uminom ng water 2Liters or more po recommended kapag may UTI, lagi magpalit ng underwear and always wash your private area, if magpanty liner, change po every 4 hours.. Wag magsoot ng masikip na underwear, best po if naka maternity underwear.
