Self Care is also to taking care your self the way you take care your family . like me after a long day doing everything . I give myself time to relax. like tulog na ang mga bata. mag rerelax muna ko before I go to bed. sometimes rest is not just a sleep . but also to feel relaxing like drinking coffee or wine . that's how I feel good and better day. so tomorrow another beautiful day of being mommy and wife ❤️😊
