Since Greencard won't support your VBAC plan, maybe check other hospitals sa Las Piñas or nearby areas na open sa VBACs? Maraming hospitals na accepting ngayon even without insurance, kailangan lang mag-inquire directly kasi bawat facility may different rates at VBAC policies, lalo na ngayon complicated na ang insurance approvals.
