ginagawa ko po, every morning warm water muna (warm hindi mainit) as in araw araw tapos mas madalas akong naka oatmeal pag almusal than kanin, minsan nag yo-yogurt din, fruits and veggies saka inom ng madaming tubig... so far effective naman sken nakaka poops every 2 to 3days
