I'd love to help, but I can't quite see what you mean about lo's nails from your message, baka pwede mong i-describe kung ano exactly ang nakikita mo, like if sila ay thick, discolored, ridged, or may spots? Each of those can mean different things talaga, and honestly best pa rin if you check with the pediatrician about it para sure, kasi ang babies' nails can change so fast at sometimes it's just normal development pero better safe than sorry.
