Makan Panadol Biasa

Aww, sakit kaki during pregnancy memang penat! Tapi sayang, please check with your doctor or midwife dulu sebelum makan ubat apa pun, even panadol, especially since you're pregnant. Better safe than sorry for baby kan? A few of us mum friends cakap our gynae gave us the green light for certain things, tapi setiap pregnancy lain-lain. So jangan self-medicate je, okay? Go see your doc, explain the foot pain, and they can advise what's safe for you and baby. Mungkin ada other ways to help the pain jugak! Hang in there, mama!
