BLOOD PRESSURE IBU MENGANDUNG

Wa'alaikum assalam! Normal BP for pregnant mums is usually around 120/80 or lower, tapi honestly boleh naik sikit during pregnancy yang mana normal je, a few of my mum friends experienced this and their doctors said it was okay as long as tak drastically high. Kalau BP mu consistently tinggi or suddenly naik banyak, best to check dengan your gynae atau midwife to make sure everything's good, sebab they'll monitor and advise properly. Take care ye!
