Hi mama! Yes, Enfamil A+ One is different from the regular A+, it's their newer powder formulation kaya iba talaga ang texture, and yep, walang spoon kaya kailangan mo ng sariling measuring spoon (a few of us just use a regular kitchen tablespoon na flat). Have you checked the tin to see kung may instructions sila for measuring, or you can always call their hotline to confirm the right amount?
