Yes. If I’m not wrong, you can store for 3 days max before putting in the freezer. I normally put in the freezer immediately after pumping (after doing calculations, to see if I have enough milk in the fridge). This is to prevent lipase. I normally thaw in the fridge. Once thaw, it has to be consumed within 24 hours. Do not refreeze. So when u freeze your bm, I suggest to freeze in small amounts to prevent wastage. As for your milk supply, if ure still a new mum, don’t stress yourself. It takes about 3-4 months for your supply to be established. Just keep doing what you’re doing, and it’ll increase eventually. During the beginning I also pump about 200++ per day. By 4 months, I’m already pumping 800++ per day. So keep going! Else you might want to consider lactation cookies, or seeing a LC to get help to increase your supply. Or can consider supplementing with formula! My baby is mixed feed as well! Don’t stress yourself!

Ok thanks 🙏🏻

Super Mum

yes you can still put unused bm in the chiller into the freezer. i would keep 2days max in the chiller before storing in the freezer. but if u foresee that u wont use it, it's still better to keep it straight in the freezer. you can hold the frozen bm under running tap water first before warming up. or thaw it in the chiller in advance. thawed bm has to be consumed within 24 hours. pump output varies for each person. you can identify your best way to boost milk supply. you can combine a few pumps before storing in the freezer. just keep in mind that when u combine them, they have to be at the same temperature. eg store your freshly pumped bm in the chiller for 2-3 hours before adding it to the previous pump

Thank you! Didn’t know need to combine milk at the same temp oh gosh. I combined it few times already. But nver too late now
