Pregnancy belt

Hi, mommies... I have short cervix daw po kaya prone sa preterm labor/delivery.. 😩 Please pray with us po na mareach ni baby ang full term bago sya lumabas. Anyway, my doctor advised me to use pregnancy belt.. Is anyone here used this po ba? I'm 5 months pregnant, safe po ba ito for everyday use? Di po ba naiipit si baby?
