Usually you can feel the baby 20 weeks I believe. I think it’s too early kung 12 weeks?

It can be your own abdominal aorta. Since you’re eating for two your heart is pumping for two also. Hindi si baby yan. Sarili mong aorta yan. The one in your stomach.
