Any skin care product that you can recommend that is safe to use during pregnancy? Im suffering from acne, dark spots and pimple outbreak dahil sa pag bubuntis ?

Mild soap lang po like Dove White or baby soaps. Moisturizer and sunscreen is the key. No to rejuvs and kojic soaps lalo pag preggy. Accdg po to sa derma ko ☺️
