25 weeks pregnant, working, tend to sit n wrk for too long, how to avoid as google says should avoid

Sitting for too long while doing office work, 25 weeks pregnant. How to cope with this? Will the baby be harmed 😓 .. very concerned now… as have meetings and things to do and i keep sitting to do my wrk
