A few of my mum friends stopped depo and most of them took around 3-6 months untuk cycle balik normal sebelum diorang manage to conceive, but ada jugak yang cepat je within 2-3 months, so it really varies from person to person. Best thing is check with your doctor or gynae sebab dia boleh assess based on your cycle and health, then boleh monitor progress you lebih closely. Dalam masa tuh, just maintain healthy lifestyle, track your periods, dan jangan stress sangat (I know easier said than done lah hehe). Fingers crossed for you!
