Isit normal to sneeze during 2nd trimester

It’s just a sinus but the pain when you sneeze the whole body & your tummy pain 😂 But is normal right ? Just curious. cause it’s my first time being pregnant.

Yup it’s normal, try to lift your tummy slightly when you’re gonna sneeze.

try not to hold your sneeze or you can support your belly when you sneeze
