Heart Shaped Ang Matress

Hindi ko naman narinig na ang heart-shaped mattress ang dahilan ng preterm labor, mama, usually yan ang worry namin ay pressure sa belly or kung uncomfortable lang talaga ang tulog natin! Best to ask your OB directly about this kasi sila talaga ang makakasabi kung may specific concern, pero from what I know sa amin ng mga kaibigan ko, mattress shape mismo hindi yan ang main trigger ng preterm labor, kaya don't stress yourself out further! Mas importante siguro ang overall pregnancy health, rest, proper nutrition, at regular check-ups with your doctor.
