Mama, hindi ako sure kung alin exact sa SF Pampanga area, pero maraming kaibigan ko dito na nag-deliver sa private clinics around that vicinity at ang laging tanong nila is location, cleanliness, at kung paano ang mga staff. I'd suggest asking sa local Pampanga mum groups here or sa nearby barangay community pages kasi yung mga moms there would have recent feedback on which lying-ins are currently best and affordable, plus they can vouch for how the nurses treat you, super importante yun! Maybe also check with your OB or midwife na area mo kung sino ang trusted partners nila, dahil palaging updated sila sa which facilities ang nag-improve lately.
