Normal delivery & CS

Nako, alam ko yan! A few of us moms in my circle experienced both, honestly ang pinaka-big difference ay ang recovery time, sis. Normal delivery, mas mabilis kang gumaling and pwede ka nang gumalaw agad, pero the pain during labor mismo ay... hindi maiiwanan ang experience na yun, lalo na pag prolonged. With CS, ang recovery ay mas matagal (weeks kami, talagang limited movements) pero at least controlled ang pain kasi may meds, and walang unpredictability ng labor. What made us feel safer at 30+ was having good OB na nag-monitor talaga, whether normal or CS, age mismo ay hindi issue kung healthy ka overall at wala kang complications. One of my close friends, 35 siya, normal delivery pa rin and smooth lang, but ang isa kong kaibigan naman ay nag-CS kaya best talaga na usap mo directly with your OB kung ano talaga ang safest para sa your specific situation, medical history, health, lahat yan. Either way, possible both at safe, but only your doctor can say which is best for you po.
