Best mo talaga makipag-clarify sa OB mo or ang nurse sa clinic kasi they can show you exactly how, or even let you practice under guidance first para mapawalan ka ng alalahanin, honestly, once you do it once, ok na ok mo na kinabukasan. Don't worry, marami na sa atin ang nagawa nito successfully at ok naman lahat, your doctor prescribed it kaya alam nila na safe yan para sa baby at necessary para maiwas ang preterm.
