Ay nak, pre-eclampsia is really serious, please make sure your OB knows about this right away and check your BP regularly throughout this pregnancy. Hindi dapat i-ignore yan, kaya go to your clinic or hospital agad kung kailangan mo ng peace of mind. A few of my mum friends went through high BP in pregnancy too, and honestly ang pinaka-important talaga is having a good OB monitoring you closely this time around. Every pregnancy is different, so don't assume it'll be the same, but also don't hesitate to call your doctor if you feel anything off (headaches, vision changes, swelling, anything unusual). Kaya mo yan, pero kailangan ng proper medical care. Sending you strength, mama.
