Side effects ng prescription vitamins

Hi! I haven't personally tried Obimin, but a few of my mum friends who took it during pregnancy said they got mild nausea or constipation, yung typical side effects ng iron-based vitamins talaga, especially if you take it on an empty stomach. Best to take it with food and stay hydrated, that's what worked for them! Since you're on prescription vitamins, mas better pa ring check with your OB kung may side effects you're experiencing, kasi baka need i-adjust ang dosage or timing para mas comfortable ka.
