Uy, this could be a few things, sometimes after normal delivery may small tissue or part ng perineum na tumutubo out, or it could be a small prolapse na hindi serious pero kailangan i-check ng doctor to be sure, hindi dapat i-ignore yan kahit parang maliit lang; one of my mum friends had something similar at sinabi ng OB niya it was just swelling na babalik lang after ilang weeks ng rest and proper hygiene, but definitely worth calling your doctor kasi they need to see it in person para ma-rule out kung may tear o ano pa.
