Ay, alam ko na yan, marami sa amin nag-experience ng small bumps dito, lalo na kapag breastfeeding pa lang kami, kaya don't worry ka muna! One of my mum friends had something similar and it turned out to be a clogged pore lang, but honestly, since it's in the areola area, mas better na i-check mo agad with your OB or dermatologist para sure, especially kung may pain or discharge pa. In the meantime, warm compress helps with comfort, and keep the area clean and dry lang, pero huwag i-squeeze or i-pick kasi ma-irritate lang more, ija. Let me know what the doc says ha!
