Gaano ka effective ang Lactation Amenorrhea Method?

Honestly, the LAM method works best kung purely exclusive breastfeeding ka talaga (walang formula, walang solids) at hindi pa bumalik ang period mo, pero it's not 100% foolproof, a few of us tried it and one still got pregnant kaya medyo risky siya especially once you start spacing out feeds or if baby's sleeping longer. Since you just did it without withdrawal last week and wala pa rin period, it's still possible na mabuntis ka, pero better to check with your OB na lang para sure at para ma-discuss ninyo ang mas reliable options moving forward, kasi honestly the worry is stressful na enough.
