Ay, that's such an in-between feeling, di ba? A few of us moms have been there, dilated na but no consistent contractions yet, and honestly it can last days or even a week or more, kaya patience lang talaga. Your body's getting ready but baby's not quite ready to come out, so it's normal kahit nakakapag-alala. Definitely best to check in with your OB though, especially since you're already at 4-5 cm, para sure lang na everything's progressing okay at walang concerns, then they can give you a better idea kung anong timeline to expect!
