Oo, ako! Nag-deliver ako sa birthing center ng aming municipality at honestly, sobrang peaceful ang experience compared sa hospital setup, mas intimate, menos machinery noise, at yung partner ko was hands-on the whole time kaya hindi ako nag-feel ng alone. Ang cons lang talaga ay kung may complications during labor, kailangan mo ng quick transfer sa hospital, so importante na malapit lang ang birthing center sa isang good hospital, at check mo din if covered ng insurance mo or if may additional costs. A few of us moms tried it din and we loved the midwife-led approach kundi ikaw talaga ang protagonist ng birth mo, hindi lang itsura ng patient lang. Sulit para sa amin, pero depende talaga sa pregnancy journey mo at kung ano ang comfortable para sa iyo, mas maganda if you discuss din ito with your OB para ma-assess kung fit ka for birthing center birth.
