My breast are always red. But does not hurt.

Since I started my 2nd trimester, my breast are always red all over together with red stretch marks. It doesn't hurt when touched. My OB doesn't know why and told me to consult a derma instead. Am i the only one experiencing this?

nagka ganyan din breast ko dati , parang rushes , ang ginawa ko lang is palagi akong naliligo at half bath , then after nilalagyan ko ng baby powder yung lower part ng breast ko
