Simptom -late period 7 days -breast sakit n sensitive bila tersentuh -area areola/sekitar nipple ada kelenjar bintik2 mcm jerawat but its not -slight cramp tapi not all the time, kadang2 ada, kdg2 tidak ada, -selalu buang angin mlm hari -selalu mgantok n rasa lelah, -craving mcm2 but not over sweet n sour food(confuse 🤧) P/s: Sudah check bfore expected date period but upt negative Pernah keguguran on March2022, first period on 15May,, then 2nd on 6July( only for 3 days light spotting, dark colour ) #pregnant #trytoconceive #confuse #uptnegative #symptoms #lateperiod #ingintahu #firstmom

Aihhh I understand the confusing feeling, especially dengan history keguguran before, our bodies memang confusing kan! Dari simptom yang ada (late period, tender breasts, those little bumps on areola, cramps, tired all the time), mmg boleh indicate pregnancy OR hormonal changes before period, but that early negative UPT is making it tricky. A few of us tried testing 2-3 times over a few days sebab sometimes hormones tak cukup concentrated yet, or test pun boleh faulty, maybe try again in a few days if period still belum datang? But honestly if you're 7 days late, best move adalah jangan tunggu, go see your doctor for a blood test sebab that's more accurate than UPT dan boleh detect lower hormone levels, especially important given your history. Doktor boleh check properly and give you peace of mind, OK?
