Ay, congratulations on your pregnancy! A simple cyst ay common talaga, especially in early pregnancy, and most of the time hindi ito problema, pero since your OB already saw it, make sure to follow up with them on when they want to recheck it, kasi they'll monitor if it changes or stays the same. A few of us mums have been through this and after repeat ultrasounds, they just watched it and it resolved on its own, so try not to worry too much for now.
